A one-time (perpetual) licence to use the extension on the devices you control, plus twelve months of rule-library updates from the date of purchase. One purchase covers your own use; it is not a multi-seat licence, and we do not provide team or agency plans in this release.
Draftproof checks the text you typed into KDP against rules Amazon publishes. It is an advisory tool, not a guarantee. Amazon's reviewers apply judgement, change policies without notice, and sometimes act inconsistently; a clean report is not a promise of acceptance, and a flagged item is not a promise of rejection. You remain solely responsible for your book, its metadata, its content and its compliance.
Where Amazon's documentation is silent or ambiguous, we show a prompt rather than a verdict, and we label the evidence behind each finding so you can read it yourself.
Draftproof is read-only by design. It does not submit, edit, delete or upload anything in your KDP account, does not store your Amazon credentials, and asks for no permission outside kdp.amazon.com. If a future version ever needs more, the licence is re-agreed at that point.
Draftproof is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon", "Kindle Direct Publishing", "KDP" and "Kindle" are trademarks of their owner and appear here descriptively. Rule text is quoted from Amazon's public help pages with the topic ID and the date we verified each one. Payments are handled by a third-party merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction itself.
We may add, correct or retire rules at any time; that is the product. If Amazon changes the form so much that Draftproof can no longer read it, we will say so plainly rather than pretend to check, and you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the tool stops doing what it advertised. Refund requests go to hello@getdraftproof.com and are handled through the payment provider.
We may revoke a licence key only for resale, redistribution or cracking of the extension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Draftproof is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost sales, blocked titles, account action, or review delays — the very things this tool exists to reduce, but cannot eliminate.
